Client Investment Advisor – Real Estate
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As an Investment Advisor at Serion Realtors, you will play a key role in helping clients make informed real estate investment decisions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors, homebuyers, and referral partners. Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable residential and investment properties across the UAE. Provide professional consultation on market trends, project comparisons, ROI potential, rental yields, and long-term wealth creation. Generate new business through networking, referrals, company-generated leads, digital enquiries, and personal prospecting. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, virtual consultations, site visits, and developer tours. Maintain thorough knowledge of Dubai and UAE real estate regulations, market trends, developer launches, pricing, and investment opportunities. Represent Serion Realtors with professionalism, integrity, and the highest ethical standards in every client interaction. Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to nurture long-term relationships and maximise conversion opportunities. Coordinate with developers, mortgage partners, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, negotiations, and sales activities using the company's CRM system. Negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and developers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Participate in company training sessions, market briefings, networking events, exhibitions, roadshows, and developer launches. Actively contribute ideas to improve customer experience, business growth, and operational excellence. Continuously upgrade your market knowledge and advisory skills to become a trusted real estate investment consultant. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven personality. Professional appearance with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Previous experience in real estate, banking, insurance, luxury sales, hospitality, or relationship management is an advantage but not mandatory.
