Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Clinical Research Specialist (Biostatistics & Scientific Writing) Department: Clinical Research Reports to: Laboratory Director / Research Lead Job Summary We are looking for a Clinical Research Specialist to support our research activities by managing clinical data, performing statistical analysis, and preparing scientific publications. The candidate will work closely with clinical and laboratory teams to convert research data into manuscripts, abstracts, and conference presentations. Main Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze clinical and laboratory research data. Perform statistical analysis using software such as SPSS, R, Python, GraphPad Prism, or similar. Prepare scientific manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals. Write conference abstracts, posters, and presentations. Conduct literature reviews and summarize scientific evidence. Assist in designing clinical research studies and research protocols. Coordinate research projects between clinical, laboratory, and genetics teams. Support ethics/IRB submissions and maintain research documentation. Identify new research opportunities from available clinical data. Desired Candidate Profile Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s degree may be considered) in: Biostatistics Epidemiology Public Health Biomedical Sciences Life Sciences or related fields Required Experience Experience in clinical research and scientific publications. Strong background in medical statistics and data analysis. Previous involvement in published research papers is preferred. Experience with healthcare or clinical databases. Required Skills Excellent scientific writing skills in English. Strong statistical and analytical ability. Ability to prepare publication-quality tables and figures. Good understanding of research methodology. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Experience IVF, reproductive medicine, genetics, or laboratory research experience. Experience with EndNote/Mendeley and research software.
