CNC Machine Operator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The CNC Machine Operator Milling is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision components from metal, plastic, or other materials. This role ensures that parts are machined to exact specifications by interpreting technical drawings, adjusting machine settings, and performing in-process inspections. Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis/4-axis). Perform tool changes and make necessary adjustments. Monitor machine operations and inspect finished parts for accuracy. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineers and quality control for continuous improvement. Desired Candidate Profile Government-accredited Industrial Training Institute Certificate or Diploma in relevant discipline. Proof of experience/certification with specific generator brands. Must provide previous work experience from previous employers using these machines. Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings. Must speak and read English at technical level.
