Contracts Manager

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring that all contracts serve the company s best interests. Your role will include drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a variety of contracts, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Job

Responsibilities

• Crafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a wide range of construction contracts
• Creating and maintaining relationships with Contractors, Suppliers and Clients, acting as the point of contact for contract matters
• Maintaining records for correspondence and documentation concerning established and ongoing contracts
• Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters
• Monitoring contracts and proceeding with close-out, extension, or renewal based on the company s best interests
• Solving contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and within the company itself
• Ensure that contracts meet legal requirements, and mitigate contract risks
