Overview
Pentabell is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager, for one of its clients. This position involves managing contracts within major infrastructure projects and ensuring compliance with FIDIC standards. Position: Contracts Manager Summary: Manage contracts in major infrastructure projects, particularly PPP, concession-based, or utility infrastructure projects. Experience with FIDIC contracts and claims management is essential.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 12 years of contract management experience within major infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPP, concession-based, or utility infrastructure projects
- Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and claims management
- Experience executing one Large Infrastructure Project as Contracts Manager in the Middle East
- Executed Value > 1 Billion USD. Experience gained on major infrastructure, either with EPC or Developer side
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field Minimum 12 years of contract management experience within major infrastructure projects
- Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and claims management Experience executing one Large Infrastructure Project as Contracts Manager in the Middle East
- Executed Value > 1 Billion USD. Experience gained on major infrastructure, either with EPC or Developer side
