Law and Government Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. . Standard Forms of Contracts- Knowledge of standard forms of contracts conditions and provisions like FIDIC suite of construction contracts with all their editions. . Project Management Knowledge of project management processes, tools and techniques. . Building and Construction Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of large scale projects. . Administration and Management Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in engineering. Contractual & Legal Aspects in Construction (CLAC) Contract Administration (CAPM) Contract Management and Administration (CMAD) Project Management Professional (PMP) 7+ years of experience in construction and preferably in contract administration related field.
