Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The organisation seeks an exceptionally organised, proactive, and fully independent Corporate Services & Authority Operations Specialist to manage the complete lifecycle of client entities across UAE Free Zones and Mainland jurisdictions. This position integrates technical back-office portal execution, legal drafting, and corporate secretarial responsibilities with active client-facing field representation and government authority liaison, requiring approximately 50% local travel. Key Responsibilities A–Z Company Lifecycle Management: Execute company incorporations, trade license renewals, corporate amendments (share transfers, activity updates, director changes, capital adjustments, MOA addendums via e-notary), and complex company liquidations across Mainland (DET/ADDED) and Free Zone jurisdictions. Government & Immigration Operations: Process establishment cards, quota applications, work permits, and employee/investor residency visas via MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Free Zone portals. Client Escort and Field Representation (50% Local Travel): Accompany VVIP and high-net-worth clients to medical fitness centres, ICP biometrics offices, notary publics, banks, and government departments throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates. Corporate Secretarial & Private Client Support: Draft board/shareholder resolutions, Powers of Attorney (POA), No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and coordinate Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) attestations, legal translations, and DIFC/ADGM Will registrations. Banking and Physical Workspace Setup: Assist clients with bank account-opening documentation, compliance follow-ups, and preparing physical or virtual office agreements (Ejari, Tawtheeq, Flexi-desk). Authority Relationship Management: Establish and maintain constructive relationships with officers from UAE authorities, ministries, and banking institutions. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on experience within a UAE Corporate Services Provider (CSP), business setup consultancy, or law firm. System Fluency: Demonstrated operational independence across major UAE portals, including Invest in Dubai, TAMM, MOHRE, ICP, DMCC, IFZA, DIFC, ADGM, and RAKEZ. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities, with professional etiquette appropriate for representing the firm to high-net-worth clients. Mobility: Willingness to travel daily, constituting approximately 50% of the role, tos local authorities, medical centres, notary offices, and client meetings. Execution and Detail: Demonstrated personal organisation, meticulous attention to legal documentation, and the ability to resolve authority bottlenecks independently.
