Cost Control Manager

-Create, monitor, and update the time baseline and present a revised schedule with reflected changes and its impact on the planned time and cost, as changes develop. -Compare the Tender budget rate breakdown (equipment, manpower, and material) with current rates and present changes to the management in a cost control analysis report that entails the planned value (budget) versus actual. -Draft daily, weekly, and monthly reports to various stakeholders like the client, PM and own manager to report on progress, set targets, and highlight areas of concern. -Revise the schedule with the client in order to manage and confirm expectations. Desired Candidate Profile - Bachelor s Degree in Civil/ Architecture Engineering. - +15 years relevant experience. - Project Scheduling Professional Certification (PSP) is a plus. - Certified Cost Professional (CCP) is a plus. - Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus. - C
