Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field to ensure a strong foundation in customer relations. At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industry to bring relevant insights and skills. Certification in customer service management or a related field to demonstrate commitment to professional development and excellence. Experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations efficiently.
