Data Analyst
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Join the Data, Compliance and Performance Department within the Operational Excellence and Digitalization Division, which reports to the Non-Production Purchasing Department (Safran Purchasing) of the SAFRAN Group. You will be at the heart of strategic projects dedicated to the digitalization and modernization of decision-making reporting. You will participate in the department's digital transformation in a collaborative environment, with real data challenges that contribute to our efficiency, innovation, continuous improvement, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and documenting dashboards and their underlying data models using Power BI Services, proactively proposing improvements; preparing diverse data for migration and integration into production applications; creating and implementing scripts for data cleansing, quality assurance, and reliability; writing functional specifications to implement the necessary Robotic Process Automations (RPA) to ensure data flow continuity; ensuring and monitoring the operation of various tools and pipelines to guarantee the continued functionality of production applications and reports; conducting structured and in-depth analyses to understand and resolve any incidents that may arise; and implementing and managing corrective and preventative actions. Desired Candidate Profile Job Requirements Power BI Desktop tools and skills / Python service; API/flows/flat files; advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Dataiku is a plus; knowledge of SQL databases is also a plus Project Skills: You have data experience working with Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Marketing/Sales departments. You are proficient in the fundamentals of data governance, cataloging, and data quality. You will be responsible for facilitating workshops, preparing and validating meeting minutes, and formalizing functional requirements (collecting business needs, summarizing, organizing arbitration, and validating). You will also be responsible for incident and risk management. You will be based in Casablanca and will work primarily with the digitalization project manager, the Data Manager, and the department's buyers. Frequent travel to Malakoff (France) is required. Soft skills: Bilingual in French, fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience in project management and change management. Autonomous with a strong sense of reporting. Focused on continuous improvement. Attentive, open-minded, and a good communicator. Methodical, rigorous, and pragmatic. Service-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfortable working across departments.
