Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems, ensuring high levels of precision to maintain data integrity. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies and correcting errors promptly to uphold quality standards. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, enabling easy access to important information and documents. Generate and distribute timely reports based on data analysis, providing insights that aid decision-making processes. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred to enhance data management skills. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of data processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to efficiently manage and analyze data sets. Experience with data entry software and database management systems, showcasing technical aptitude in utilizing various platforms.
