Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading Emirates-based pharmaceutical company. This role is based out of our Zaid office in Egypt, where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong pharmaceutical background, deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives across the GCC region.The role requires a mix of creativity and analytical thinking, with proven expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns, digital content, paid media, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.• Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).• Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to maximize organic reach and search visibility.• Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and performance analytics across channels.• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels.• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital assets (blogs, videos, graphics, landing pages).• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and other marketing platforms.• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital tools, and competitive landscape to recommend innovative strategies.• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI from digital investments.• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of digital specialists and external agency partners.
