Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesFirst: Digital Platform Management1. Manage the company's accounts on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others as needed.2. Continuously update the platform content to reflect the company's services, achievements, news, campaigns, and marketing offers.3. Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries received through the platforms and coordinate with the relevant departments to respond professionally and promptly.4. Maintain a consistent visual identity and communication tone across all platforms.5. Monitor competitors' digital activity, analyze their marketing methods, and compare engagement levels and content.________________________________Second: Content and Publication Design1. Design the company's marketing and advertising publications according to the approved visual identity.2. Create designs for digital platforms, offers, events, seasonal campaigns, advertisements, and simple profiles.3. Design materials for advertising campaigns such as promotional images, banners, promotional posts, stories, and short ads. 4. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain accurate information before publishing any content.5. Ensure that designs and publications are free of grammatical errors or inaccurate information before publication.6. Save and archive design and content files in an organized manner for easy retrieval.______________________________________Third: Content Preparation and Implementation1. Prepare a monthly content plan that includes the type of content, publication date, platform, objective, and target audience.2. Write marketing copy for publications and advertisements that suits the nature of each platform.3. Prepare introductory content about the company's services, success stories, coverage, events, news, and initiatives.4. Propose creative ideas to increase engagement and enhance the company's brand image.5. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to identify the most prominent services, offers, or achievements that can be transformed into marketing content.______________________________________Fourth: Launching and Monitoring Advertising Campaigns1. Prepare paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and others, according to the approved plan. 2. Identify the target audience for campaigns based on geographic location, sector, interests, and customer behavior.3. Prepare the campaign budget in coordination with the direct manager and obtain the necessary approvals before launch.4. Monitor campaign performance daily or weekly, depending on the campaign size.5. Optimize campaigns during operation by adjusting the audience, content, budget, or posting timing.6. Prepare campaign performance reports, including: views, engagement, clicks, cost per click, leads, conversion rate, and expected return on investment.7. Stop or modify any underperforming campaign after analyzing the reasons and submitting a recommendation to management.______________________________________V. Analysis and Reporting1. Prepare a monthly report on the performance of digital platforms.2. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: followers, engagement rate, reach, views, clicks, incoming messages, and leads.3. Measure the impact of marketing campaigns on customer requests or sales opportunities.4. Provide recommendations for content and campaign improvement based on actual data. 5. Submit periodic reports to management detailing what has been implemented, the results, the challenges, and the plan for the following month.
