Electrical Procurement Engineer

Contact suppliers after making and sending RFQ to get updated price offers during tender stage or new offer for missing vendors including updating technical offer. check the suppliers technical offer with specs (compliance of specs) Check the suppliers' prices with our estimated budget in the cost sheet or we negotiate with all vendors to get the best prices if we didn t have cost sheet. After choosing the supplier best price with complying specs we start in preparing material submittal, samples. The material submittal including all required in specs as material list, data sheet, warranty sample, fully compliance sheet, samples, shop drawings . Etc. After getting submittal approval we negotiate with the supplier again to get another discount and delivery payments facilities to start in the contract or initiating purchasing order. We submit comparison for the approved items to get approval from cost control department before releasing P.O. or contract. Initiating P.O. or contract for the suppliers as per our agreement conditions follow up the required L.G. from supplier and releasing the required payment to activate the order. follow up procurement log for all project required materials as per site Purchasing request which created from site for approved items the site with the required warrant and spare parts mentioned in signed P.O. support the site with Operation and manual for delivered equipment's.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field - Min. 2 years of experience in procurement - Excellent command of English is preferred
