- Review technical drawings, electrical specifications, BOQs, and topographical data to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements, and resolve technical conflicts with consultants and Tendering teams. - Lead and supervise Technical Office Engineers, assign projects based on expertise, and provide training to enhance the team s technical capabilities. - Prepare, document, and archive technical materials including manuals, appendices, and O&M documents for project handover. - Use engineering and CAD software to perform design, analysis, and detailed calculations required for establishing construction and installation standards. - Plan and design electrical systems, including energy-efficient solutions, and layouts for power generation plants, distribution networks, and major electrical installations. - Define, split, and quantify electrical and mechanical components, and prepare specifications for procurement while estimating labor, material, and construction costs for budgeting. - Direct, coordinate, and monitor construction, installation, maintenance, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, safety, and environmental standards. - Oversee project implementation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, coordinating closely with civil engineering teams and inspecting completed installations to confirm full conformity with requirements.
