ELV & ICT Project Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities for ELV and ICT projects. Manage installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other contractors. Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, local authority requirements, and health & safety standards. Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of: CCTV Systems Access Control Systems Video/Audio Intercom Systems Structured Cabling Systems (Copper & Fiber Optic) SMATV Systems Gate Barrier Systems Network Infrastructure Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources. Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently. Support project close-out activities, including as-built documentation and client handover. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. SIRA Certification (Mandatory). Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising ELV and ICT projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of Structured Cabling standards (TIA/EIA), fiber optic systems, and network infrastructure. Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, SMATV, Gate Barrier, and other ELV systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Good understanding of testing and commissioning procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities.
