Engineer – Civil Maintenance

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure, identifying potential issues and proactively implementing preventative maintenance strategies. Manage and coordinate a team of technicians and contractors, providing technical guidance and performance oversight. Develop and maintain detailed maintenance records, including work orders, inspection reports, and asset history. Desired Candidate Profile Expatriates: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering (Minimum 6 years experience) Experience in civil maintenance of buildings with a reputed construction/maintenance firm. Shall execute preventive/corrective civil maintenance tasks of buildings preferably transmission substations with adequate safety. Shall have thorough knowledge of Civil maintenance of buildings including their design, specification and maintenance. UAE driving license holder mandatory with adequate computer proficiency preferably in SAP.
