Engineer, Data & Agentic AI

At First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), we are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer, Data & Agentic AI to join our innovative team. This role will be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business value and enhance our services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Build and maintain data pipelines for AI model training and deployment
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and train AI models
• Develop and deploy agentic AI systems, including chatbots and intelligent agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science
• Evaluate and benchmark AI model performance
• Ensure responsible and ethical AI development and deployment

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas). Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
