Analyze project blueprints and specifications to accurately quantify fire protection system materials and labor. Develop detailed cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and related safety equipment. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand scope and provide competitive bid proposals. Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and specialized services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection system estimation. Proven experience with NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations. Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and specialized cost estimating tools. Employment Type Full-time
