Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather essential data and clarify project requirements. Utilize advanced estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and enhance accuracy. Assess material, labor, and overhead costs, ensuring all estimates are competitive and viable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prepare accurate and commercially competitive quotations, BOQs, tenders and cost estimates. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and RFQs. Perform quantity take-offs for fit-out, civil, joinery and MEP works. Calculate costs for materials, labour, equipment, logistics, permits, subcontractors and overheads. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate supplier pricing and identify cost-saving alternatives. Maintain BEAUVOIR's required gross margin when building selling prices. Prepare technical and commercial proposals. Handle tender clarifications and client queries. Prepare and price variations/additional works. Provide value-engineering solutions without compromising luxury-retail quality. Track estimated versus actual project costs. Maintain organized tender, quotation and costing records. Support procurement, including material comparisons, supplier negotiations and delivery monitoring. Employment Type Full-time
