Export Manager (IQF – Frozen Fruits & Vegetables)

Develop and implement export sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.Identify and open new international markets across Europe, GCC, Africa, and other regions.Manage and grow relationships with international customers, distributors, importers, and key accounts.Achieve export sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, pricing strategies, and business opportunities.Handle negotiations regarding prices, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Monitor export shipments, customer satisfaction, and after-sales service.Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and performance analysis.Represent the company in international exhibitions and food trade events.
