Export Sales Department Head

Position: Export Sales Department HeadPunalu for Plastic & Wood Industries is seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Sales Department Head to lead and develop our export sales operations and expand our international market presence.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase international sales.Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities worldwide.Lead, coach, and manage the export sales team to maximize performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.Prepare and monitor sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, prices, and payment conditions with customers.Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and quality departments to ensure smooth export operations.Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.Follow up export documentation and shipping procedures.
