Export Sales Manager
- Develop and implement global sales plans tailored to the specific nature and culture of each target country or region.- Design and implement international sales strategies, budgets, and strategic plans in alignment with overall sales and growth objectives.- Prepare international sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for executive management to ensure maximum profitability.- Conduct comprehensive international market research to identify new sales opportunities and analyze customer trends, needs, and purchasing behaviors.- Identify international expansion opportunities, discover new clients and agents, and analyze competitors and international market trends.- Proactively generate new international business and markets through direct contact, building external relationships, and utilizing other targeted communication channels.- Prepare competitive quotations and coordinate the delivery of samples according to customer specifications.- Manage international trade accounts, drive revenue growth, and expand the company's presence in the international market by developing strategic accounts.- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients.- Communicate the company's vision for international sales and deliver tailored presentations that highlight products, services, and value propositions. - Comprehensive management of international client files, including financial records, payment records, shipment tracking, and monitoring of profit and loss performance for each account. This includes managing client collection accounts to ensure timely payment collection within agreed credit terms.- Drafting and reviewing international commercial contracts, and negotiating prices and delivery terms with clients in international markets.- Coordinating with the team to issue certificates of analysis and export documents to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.- Leading international commercial negotiations and resolving client complaints and objections in coordination with various internal departments such as Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Planning.- Providing professional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.- Analyzing client feedback and providing practical recommendations to improve products and services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term customer retention.- Representing the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences to strengthen client relationships and enhance brand visibility.- Participating in international tenders, auctions, and bidding processes to expand market share.
