Overview

As our Export Specialist, you will be at the heart of our international operations, managing the intricate processes that bring our products to global markets. You will be instrumental in navigating complex logistics, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export processes, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders to optimize logistics and resolve any operational challenges.Prepare, review, and process all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations, customs compliance, and company policies.Communicate effectively with clients and partners, providing updates and exceptional customer service throughout the export cycle.Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the export and supply chain functions.Contribute to sales support by ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction for international clients.Skills/Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Export procedures, Logistics coordination, and Supply Chain Management
