FF&E Engineer / Furniture, fixtures & equipment engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified FF&E Engineer / Interior Designer. The successful candidate will oversee the selection, procurement, budget management, and installation coordination of all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to ensure compliance with international 4-star and 5-star hospitality brand standards. Manage the FF&E lifecycle from design coordination and material submittals to mock-up room approvals and final installation.Coordinate extensively with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP Consultants, and Hotel Operators.Handle vendor sourcing, tendering, cost negotiation, factory inspections, and logistics/customs clearance coordination.Prepare and control FF&E budgets, tracking cash flow and executing value engineering without compromising brand guidelines.Supervise site installation sequencing, snagging, and handover processes.Prepare weekly procurement status reports, cost reports, and executive presentations for owners and operators.
