Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Position Summary Location: Cairo, Egypt Department: MedTech TCT Reporting to : Regional Director Job Purpose: Act as a hands-on Service Engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of TCT equipment across the Middle East. This role serves as the primary field representative for TCT, ensuring equipment reliability, timely issue resolution, and an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities / Duties: Key Responsibilities Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain equipment at customer sites across MEA. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, both onsite and remotely. Execute preventive maintenance and performance checks and document findings. Prepare detailed service reports, including root cause, actions taken, parts used, and recommendations. Train customers, partners, and internal teams on safe operation and best practices. Manage spare parts, RMA, and service tickets according to SLA requirements. Collaborate with Sales and Product Management on escalations and service improvement plans. Always uphold EHS standards and site compliance requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and complaints about Fresenius Kabi products from Market Unit MENA to the responsible function at mena.vigilance@fresenius-kabi.com immediately after receipt, and no later than within 1 business day Competence Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. 3 8 years of experience in Field or Service Engineering, including installations, commissioning, and diagnostics. Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work effectively under time pressure. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. French language skills are preferred. Valid passport and willingness to travel 50 70% across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa. Familiarity with service documentation, including ISO/OEM standards, ticketing tools, and basic reporting tools such as Excel and Word. Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Required Skills: OEM experience, including install base ownership and warranty/after-warranty service. Experience in one or more of the following areas: industrial automation, instrumentation, power systems, BMS/HVAC, healthcare/biomedical equipment, oil and gas, or high-tech equipment.
