Finacle Tester

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, UAT, and End-to-End testing for Finacle applications. Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements. Test Finacle Core Banking modules such as: CASA Customer Information File (CIF) Loans Payments Trade Finance General Ledger (GL) Treasury (preferred) Validate banking transactions and ensure compliance with business rules. Perform API testing using REST/SOAP services. Execute database validation using SQL queries. Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps. Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to ensure a strong foundational knowledge. Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing Finacle or similar banking applications, demonstrating in-depth industry knowledge. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is highly desirable to validate testing competencies. Proven experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or QTP to optimize testing efficiency.
