Finance Associate

An international construction group with active projects in Jordan is looking for a Finance Associate to manage day-to-day banking administration and follow-up, including bank submissions, KYC records, facility and guarantee logs and renewals. Act as the routine coordination contact for assigned banks and maintain a bank correspondence log Prepare applications and supporting document packs for facilities, renewals, account opening and mandate changes Maintain KYC checklists per company and bank and track expiry of licenses, IDs, mandates and insurance Maintain facility logs showing limits, utilization, expiry dates, security and renewal status Prepare applications for guarantees and letters of credit and maintain a guarantee register Follow up guarantee extensions, reductions, releases and cancellations with banks and project teams Prepare payment forms or bank payment batches from approved instructions when assigned Review bank fees and charges against approved terms and support audit confirmations Prepare regular status reports on pending bank requests, renewals, expiries and upcoming obligations Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related field 3-5 years of experience in banking administration, treasury or corporate finance support Experience with bank facilities, guarantees and letters of credit Good knowledge of KYC documentation and bank submission requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP data entry Strong organization, follow-up and confidentiality, with good English communication skills
