Finance Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Banking operations, treasury management, investments, and financial market support. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a genuine interest in banking and financial markets. Key Responsibilities Banking & Treasury Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts. Monitor bank balances, cash positions, and fund movements. Coordinate with banks for account opening, KYC updates, online banking, facilities, guarantees, and other banking documentation. Support local and international fund transfers, treasury operations, and foreign exchange transactions. Maintain banking records and treasury documentation. Finance & Accounting Prepare reconciliation statements for banks, intercompany accounts, suppliers, and customers. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare management reports, schedules, and financial analyses. Verify accounting entries and ensure compliance with company policies. Support internal and external audit requirements. Investment & Financial Markets Maintain investment records and portfolio reports. Assist in monitoring investments in equities, bonds, ETFs, structured products, and foreign exchange. Support trade settlements and investment reconciliations. Prepare reports on investment performance and treasury activities. Conduct basic market research and financial analysis. Reporting & Analysis Prepare MIS reports and dashboards. Analyse financial data using Microsoft Excel. Support cash flow planning and treasury reporting. Assist management with financial analysis and special projects. Desired Candidate Profile Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (M. Com / MBA Finance), or Indian CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate / ACCA (Part Qualified) / CPA (Part Qualified), or B. Com with strong relevant experience in finance and treasury. Experience 3–6 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Banking, or Accounting. UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience handling bank reconciliations and banking operations is essential. Required Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles. Good knowledge of banking and treasury operations. Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ERP systems Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred. Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred. Candidates with a strong willingness to learn treasury, investments, and financial markets will have an advantage.
