Finance Manager

Develop and oversee the financial planning and forecasting process to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations. Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency and the ability to meet financial obligations. Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial resources with business objectives. Lead financial audits by collaborating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of all required documentation. Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices to ensure organizational compliance and competitive advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of Managerial experience, ideally within Fire & Safety Industry is mandatory. Experience in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, with a proven ability to drive strategic decision-making. Demonstrated proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills for data analysis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges and develop creative solutions under tight deadlines.
