Finance Manager

4.1 To develop the business plan in line with company’s strategic objectives. 4.2 To maximize profitability of the company through effective control over financial performance. 4.3 Serve as connection point between consulting leaders, leadership support teams and Finance to drive improved operational results and efficiency 4.4 Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and the future financial performance to the Business’ leadership. 4.5 To enforce the finance policies and procedures to ensure the accomplishment of company’s objectives. 4.6 Lead and monitor the annual budgeting and produce a comprehensive financial budget to enable the company to plan targets and resources to deliver the budget. 4.7 Ensure timely, accurate accounting by business unit, in line with accounting standards to ensure that the true financial position is reflected. 4.8 Cost control and analysis including trade marketing budget and spend, customer pricing, analyzing cost of doing business. 4.9 Action to improve cashflow, working capital management including trade receivables, increasing supplier’s payment days and monitoring & helping to reduce levels so that financing cost. 4.10 Interior branches visit regularly Desired Candidate Profile 2.2 Minimum 10+ years of Post Qualification work experience in FMCG, Retail or Distribution organization 2.3 Working knowledge of Microsoft office 2.4 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel 2.5 Working knowledge of Oracle E-business suite or Oracle Financials or SAP or any tier 1 ERP software.
