Develop and implement the company's financial strategy and policies. Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning. Ensure availability of funds to meet margin requirements and trading obligations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinate annual external audits and regulatory reporting requirements. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management. Maintain relationships with banks, brokers, and financial institutions. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Implement and maintain internal financial controls. Monitor capital adequacy and working capital requirements. Supervise taxation matters and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Support strategic business initiatives, investments, and financing activities. Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Master's degree (MBA or Finance) preferred
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA is highly desirable
• Documents must be attested

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience. At least 5 years in a senior financial management role. Previous experience within commodity trading, energy trading, financial services, or related industries. Experience managing treasury functions involving margin financing and broker relationships.
