Fire Fighting BIM Modeler

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain 3D Fire Fighting BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP. Prepare detailed Fire Fighting shop drawings, installation drawings, builders' work drawings, and as-built drawings. Model Fire Fighting systems, including: Automatic Sprinkler Systems Wet & Dry Riser Systems Hose Reel Systems Landing Valve Systems Fire Pumps Fire Water Storage Tanks Fire Department Connections (FDC) Valve Rooms and Pump Rooms Coordinate Fire Fighting models with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, and Fire Alarm disciplines. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage. Update BIM models based on consultant comments, design revisions, and site requirements. Generate schedules, BOQs, material take-offs, and quantity reports from Revit models. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model clashes. Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, UAE Civil Defense, NFPA standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Maintain project BIM documentation and ensure timely model updates throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Fire Fighting BIM Modeler. Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building and Villa projects. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP. Advanced knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination. Strong understanding of Fire Fighting systems and hydraulic layouts. Experience in preparing Fire Fighting shop drawings and coordinated BIM models. Knowledge of NFPA standards, UAE Civil Defense regulations, and local authority requirements. Ability to coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior disciplines. Good understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and construction documentation. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Immediate joiners are preferred.
