Senior Executive – Tax & Compliance (ACCA Mandatory)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax returns as per UAE FTA regulations. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and statutory compliance. Reconcile input/output VAT, Corporate Tax calculations, and tax adjustments. Review zero-rated VAT transactions, export documentation, and supporting records. Maintain tax records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Support tax audits and respond to FTA queries. Prepare tax reconciliations and financial reports in line with IFRS. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Work with SAP/ERP teams to improve tax reporting and compliance processes. Identify opportunities to automate and improve tax compliance procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE tax regulations. Desired Candidate Profile 8–10 years of experience in Taxation, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Financial Reporting. Qualified ACCA (Mandatory) and IFRS Certification. Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Law, VAT regulations, and FTA requirements. Hands-on experience in VAT returns, Corporate Tax filings, reconciliations, and tax documentation. Good understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
