Functional Test Lead

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Purpose Lead and manage end-to-end functional testing activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality software aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Define test strategy, test plans, and QA governance frameworks. Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects. Oversee test execution, defect management, and reporting. Ensure alignment of testing with business goals and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement validation and risk assessment. Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement in QA processes. Manage UAT coordination and sign-offs. Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for QA teams. Required Skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in functional testing, test strategy, and QA governance. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps). Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strong reporting and communication skills.
