Gate Reception & Data Entry Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities Receive drivers, customers, and visitors professionally at the container yard gate. Verify all operational documents before container Gate In and Gate Out transactions. Accurately enter operational data into the company's computerized logistics and operational management systems. Register and update all container movement records accurately. Verify container numbers, seal numbers, and supporting documents before processing transactions. Prepare and print operational documents, receipts, invoices, and gate passes. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Yard Supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Maintain accurate electronic and physical records. Prepare daily operational reports and maintain proper documentation. Report operational issues, discrepancies, or data errors immediately. Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations. Work in rotational operational shifts based on business requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate Requirements Educational qualification is flexible. Practical experience, computer skills, and the ability to learn are more important than academic qualifications. Minimum one year of experience in Data Entry, Administration, Reception, Logistics, or Accounting. Good computer skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to learn and efficiently use computerized logistics and operational management systems. Good English communication skills. Basic Arabic communication is preferred. Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Immediate joining is preferred. Transferable Iqama is preferred.
