Job Overview
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns for group and priority portfolio initiatives. The role owns disciplined campaign setup, budget management, audience targeting, testing, reporting, and continuous performance improvement. Key responsibilities Campaign setup and execution Build and launch campaigns across approved paid search, paid social, display, video, and other performance channels. Implement audience, bidding, creative, placement, budget, naming, and UTM settings accurately. Campaign optimisation Monitor spend, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, and other funnel metrics. Adjust bids, audiences, placements, creative, and budgets based on performance data, and recommend corrective or reallocation actions quickly. Media planning and research Support channel and audience planning using platform data, competitor research, and historical performance. Prepare forecast scenarios and budget phasing, and monitor platform changes and new advertising formats. Measurement and reporting Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear findings and recommended actions. Work with Marketing Analytics on attribution, data discrepancies, and return-on-investment reporting, and maintain accurate spend records. Creative and landing-page collaboration Provide performance feedback to Creative teams to improve advertising effectiveness. Partner with Digital Experience colleagues on landing-page and conversion improvements, and document reusable learnings. Key deliverables Accurate campaign setup Daily and weekly optimisation Media plans and forecasts Performance dashboards Testing logs Budget pacing trackers Creative performance feedback Measures of success CPL CPA and CAC Conversion rate Budget pacing accuracy Return on marketing investment Campaign launch accuracy Testing velocity Tracking completeness Quality of optimisation recommendations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in marketing, advertising, business, analytics, or a related discipline. Fluent English is required; Arabic is desirable. Required experience Four to six years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience. Direct campaign-management experience across major advertising platforms. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Multi-market or multi-brand experience is preferred. Technical skills Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager Programmatic advertising fundamentals GA4 Looker Studio or Power BI fundamentals Advanced Excel UTM taxonomy A/B testing Core competencies Sound strategic and commercial judgement appropriate to the role level. Ownership of outcomes, quality, and follow-through. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across group and portfolio teams. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify complex information. Strong prioritisation and execution in a fast-evolving environment. Curiosity, learning agility, and responsible use of data, digital tools, and AI. Ideal candidate profile A hands-on performance marketer who enjoys optimisation and understands the commercial meaning behind media metrics.
