Growth Marketing Strategist

At Revaire, we're building a beauty brand that makes makeup more effortless, intuitive, and fun. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist to join our internal creative team and help shape how people discover, engage with, and fall in love with our brand. You'll collaborate across campaigns, social media, retail, digital experiences, and product launches to drive growth while creating marketing that people see, share, and obsess over.Key Responsibilities:Develop Revaire’s pre-launch, launch and ongoing growth strategy.Plan campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, paid media, influencers, email and website.Create campaign briefs, content plans and marketing calendars.Identify growth opportunities, target audiences, partnerships and new marketing channels.Plan, manage and optimize media buying across Meta, TikTok, Google and other relevant platforms.Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, campaign setup and creative testing.Track performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend.Coordinate with external media-buying agencies when required.Plan and oversee product, campaign and social media shoots.Develop shoot concepts, moodboards, shot lists and content requirements.Source and coordinate photographers, videographers, models, stylists and production teams.Manage shoot budgets, timelines, locations and final deliverables.Ensure all content reflects Revaire’s brand identity and campaign objectives.Work closely with designers, social media teams, agencies and external partners.Improve website conversion, customer journeys and retention.Support influencer, creator and community-building initiatives.Manage and guide marketing interns, assign tasks and review their work.Use data, campaign results and customer insights to recommend improvements and new experiments.
