HDD Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Plan and manage HDD/Trenchless projects from initiation to completion. Prepare bore path designs, drilling methodologies, and execution plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities, and subcontractors. Supervise HDD site operations and drilling teams. Review utility drawings, geotechnical reports, and project specifications. Monitor drilling activities, drilling fluid management, and bore stability. Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project quality standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and equipment mobilization. Prepare progress reports, as-built documentation, and resolve technical issues. Attend client meetings and ensure timely project delivery. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in HDD/Trenchless project management. Strong knowledge of HDD operations, bore path design, and underground utility installations. Experience in water, sewer, power, telecom, gas, or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with UAE utility authority standards (DEWA, RTA, DM, etc.). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. UAE Driving License is preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
