We are hiring a Head of Business Development to own our UAE revenue: bring in employers, set pricing and lead a growing team of Key Account Managers to scale worker deployments across the UAE. Dubai, with regular travel across the UAE and to India for interview drives Package: Fair market package with incentives on every deployment Build and run the sales pipeline across construction, MEP, hospitality, facilities management, logistics, manufacturing and healthcare. Win new employer accounts and sign service agreements covering fees, trades, salaries, replacement terms and payment terms. Set pricing together with the Managing Director. Hire, coach and set monthly targets for the Key Account Managers, and split accounts by sector. Lead large interview drives in India with clients, working with our India team. Forecast monthly demand by trade so the India team can source ahead of orders. Drive steady growth in worker deployments and new employer accounts every month. Build a balanced client base and ensure client payments are collected on time. Track competitors, fees and market changes such as visa quotas and sector slowdowns. Desired Candidate Profile 8+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, with at least 4 years in recruitment, manpower supply, contracting or facilities management. An existing network of HR heads, project directors and procurement managers at UAE contractors, hotel groups or FM companies. Has led a sales team of 3 or more people. Strong commercial skills in pricing, negotiation and closing service agreements. Comfortable with frequent travel across the UAE and to India. Fluent English. Hindi or Urdu strongly preferred. Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE driving licence. Employment Type Full-time
