Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategy, annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
• Monitor actual results against budgets and recommend corrective action
• Oversee accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, banking, payments and working capital
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost analysis, and financial controls
• Ensure regulatory, tax, and accounting compliance; coordinate audits
• Prepare management reports and financial KPIs for the CEO. Maintain reliable financial data and processes within Odoo
• Lead Finance staff and ensure timely financial closing

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA/FVMA/BIDA is advantageous. 8 10 years of progressive finance experience; at least 3 years of managerial experience; retail/wholesale/distribution/electronics preferred
• Language

Skills

• Kurdish and English; Arabic is a plus
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis); ERP/Odoo financial systems
• Financial planning, deadlines, team leadership, cross-division coordination, confidentiality
• Financial reporting, accounting controls, cash flow, AP/AR, audit and compliance, analytical decision-making
• Working Conditions: 6 days per week, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM. Only qualified candidates will be contacted
