The Performance Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development programs, driving change initiatives, improving employee engagement, and supporting talent development across the academy. Responsibilities Develop and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with the academy s strategic goals. Assist in developing job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career paths. Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational efficiency. Collaborate with department heads to support change management and organizational improvements. Work Conditions
