HR Business Partner

Partner with managers and business leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions. Drive and support Performance Management, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Management initiatives. Handle Employee Relations, complex employee cases, investigations, grievances, and workplace concerns. Analyze HR data and dashboards to provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making. Leverage AI and HR technology to improve HR processes, automate administrative tasks, generate insights, and enhance employee experience. Provide HR insights, recommendations, presentations, and facilitation to leadership. Requirements 6 9 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with strong HR Business Partnering exposure. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technology-driven environment. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to work effectively with employees and managers at different organizational levels Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in HR, including using AI to improve HR processes, analyze data, generate insights, automate administrative tasks, and enhance employee experience. Experience using HR analytics/dashboards to support decision-making. Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to turn HR data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
