HR Officer

A large Food Manufacturing Company in Tripoli is seeking for an HR Officer. This is an on-site position based in Tripoli. Candidates from nearby areas and Jbeil are encouraged to apply. The HR Officer provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR department, directly assisting the HR Manager. The HR Officer will manage the day-to-day HR administration, handle part of the recruitment and onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and provide back-up when needed in time and attendance tracking. Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources - 3-5 of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Strict adherence to confidentiality and data privacy principles. - Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily priorities.
