HR Officer

Toters is an on-demand last-mile delivery service that enables customers to browse products offered by their favorite local stores, and place orders to have them delivered on-demand through a mobile application. Initially, Toters plans on addressing the restaurant and grocery markets. In this role, you ll be part of the HR Team, responsible for the daily and administrative HR duties. Your roll will be assisting the HR team with recruitment, record maintenance, and provide clerical support to all employees. Responsibilities Respond to HR inquiries and requests from branch staff, managers, and external parties. Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records . Support high-volume recruitment post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews, run reference checks, and issue employment contracts. Track and renew employee health certificates, medical checks as required by local regulations. Conduct orientation for new hires and update their records. Support branch managers with attendance tracking, shift records, leave, and payroll. Complete resignation and termination paperwork, including clearance and final settlement documents. Help ensure compliance with labor law and company HR policies across all branches. Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). At least 1 year of experience as an HR Officer, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B. Solid understanding of core HR functions and local labor law. Experience with high-volume, fast-turnover hiring is a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Arabic and English].
