HR Service Delivery & Lifecycle AdministrationOversee day-to-day HR operations covering onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, leave management, and offboarding.Ensure all employee transactions are processed accurately and within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).Manage the maintenance of employee records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit-readiness.Act as an escalation point for complex employee queries and operational issues.Process, Systems & DataStandardize, document, and continuously improve HR processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.Maintain HRIS data integrity, oversee data entry quality, and lead periodic data audits and clean-up.Support HRIS configuration, automation initiatives, and digital transformation of HR services.Generate HR operational reports, dashboards, and headcount/workforce analytics for management.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure HR operations comply with prevailing labor law, social insurance, and statutory requirements.Maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures, supporting internal and external audits.Manage relationships with relevant government authorities and external service providers as required.Team LeadershipSupervise, coach, and develop the HR operations team, setting objectives and reviewing performance.Allocate workload, monitor productivity, and foster a culture of accuracy and service orientation.Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent, Total Rewards, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
