HR / Payroll Manager

We are looking for an experienced and organized HR / Payroll Manager to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in span>Sharjah/span>. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes. Handle payroll processing, salary administration, and attendance management. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Coordinate staff leave, benefits, and performance management processes. Address employee concerns and maintain positive workplace relations. Prepare HR and payroll reports for management. Support training, development, and employee engagement activities. Requirements Proven experience in HR and payroll management. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll procedures. Experience with HR software and payroll systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information professionally. Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
