Desired Candidate Profile

UAE National (Family Book required). Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken. Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events. Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
