HVAC Technician - Must be currently in the UAE

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems. Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM), routine servicing, and chemical cleaning of HVAC equipment. Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming, and system commissioning. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults including thermostats, PCB boards, sensors, capacitors, contactors, and control circuits. Service and maintain split units, ducted split systems, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and VRF/VRV systems. Conduct system inspections, identify faults, and provide accurate repair recommendations. Complete service reports and job documentation accurately and professionally. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard in accordance with company procedures. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition. Support basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works when required. Deliver excellent customer service and represent Fix and Chill professionally at all times. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years' HVAC experience within the UAE. Proven experience servicing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Hands-on experience with refrigerant handling, gas charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak detection. Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, controls, and HVAC components. Experience working on split ACs, ducted split systems, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and VRF/VRV systems. Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory). Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Ability to work independently, manage daily service calls, and prioritise workload. Professional, reliable, punctual, and customer-focused. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance is an advantage.
