Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies targeting industrial and manufacturing sectors.Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with factories and industrial organizations.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, plant managers, engineering managers, and procurement teams.Promote and sell engineering, technical, and industrial service solutions.Understand client operational challenges and propose suitable technical solutions.Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
